Cooper Hausmann


Cooper grew up outside of Sioux Falls, SD. He graduated from Dakota State University in Madison, SD with a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science in 2016. In 2016, he began physical therapy school at the University of South Dakota. He graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019. Cooper spent time on internships learning from top sports and orthopedic physical therapists in La Crosse, WI and Sioux Falls, SD. He completed his training as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2018.  Cooper’s passions lie in helping patients exceed beyond their prior level of performance/function with a decrease in pain. He continues to study the latest research on injury prevention, mobility, nutrition, and active lifestyle. Cooper is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Nebraska chapter of the APTA, the Orthopedic section of the APTA, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Cooper and his wife, Heidi, have a one year old named Nash.
